Early Bird- Register and pay in-full by February 29th to receive $5.00 off your registration fee.
Family Discount - Receive a $5.00 discount for second and subsequent children from the same family.
Wet Weather Procedure
Home games:
The club web page will be updated by 7:30am on a Saturday morning.
Games scheduled for 8:30am - coach or manager will be contacted as early as possible by phone/text message.
All other coaches and managers will be contacted by text message/email.
Coaches/managers need to pass the information on to their teams as quickly as possible.
If you haven't heard, or are unsure, contact Bec Robinson on 0408 291 540.
Away games:
Check the NCF website - pass the information on to your teams as quickly as possible.

Fees
ATTENTION: All Fees must be paid in full before taking the field. Please pay by one of the following methods:
- Direct Deposit: If you would like to pay on line or in person at BCU please contact the club for bank details. Please use players name and age division as the reference.
- By Post: Send cheque or money order made out to Grafton City Soccer Club to:

If you experience any difficulty in being able to pay your fees in time, please contact the Treasurer.
The club would like to remind you that our coaches and managers are all volunteers and they give up their time to help run your child’s team. As a parent you have a responsibility not to leave your child unattended at training sessions and games. If you have left your child it is because you have made a private arrangement with another parent, and you are responsible for your child’s behaviour and safety.The club makes no provision for the well being of children in these circumstances. Please make sure you return before the end of the training session/game - our volunteers are not babysitters.
